Cyborg Director's Cut:
Gibson Rickenbacher is a mercenary who is surviving in a post apocalyptic America. A plague has brought the US to the brink of destruction. But a solution seems to be in sight. Gibson runs into Pearl Prophet, a cyborg that has the answer. With Gibson she tries to reach a group of scientists but there are many obstacles in their way.
Cyborg is an immensely popular sci-fi martial arts cross over from 1989. The mere existence of this version is due to the fact that the company backing this production lost two licenses and didn't want to loose the money invested. However, Pyun has made a cut that has not seen the light of day. In his cut we see the story of Cyborg develop in a different way, unlike we have seen before. Exclusively screened at BUTFF.
