Faerie-lectro uit Antwerpen, Dark Poem geniet een groeiende bekendheid in de Belgische underground, ze verbreden hun magische wereld van dromen en mythen nu gelukkig ook uit naar Breda.

Te midden van hardcore metal, bloederige trash & zombie films bevind zich een plek in het BUT festival waar de mysterieuze regels van Yggdrasil's de Keltische boom der wijsheid nog gelden, hier laten we ons gewillig betoveren door de drums van de Dryaden van 'Dark Poem'. Mee dansen is niet alleen toegestaan, lijkt me bijna verplicht!

In the first place we want to make music we like ourselves and enjoy the creative process. But of course it's wonderful if we can inspire other people and share our pleasure with them. We believe in the magical power of music. Our music is a reflection of the subconscious, the wondrous world of dreams, shadows and desires.

Dark Poem wants to tell a story, discover reality behind reality and bring more beauty and wonder in this, sometimes ugly an miserable, world. We hope our songs can be a key with which the listener can open the door to his own inner magic world."
